when I am picking a cruise I base it on two things: price and destinations. For the price, it will always be more expensive in May – Sept. I guess because so many people are on their summer vacation. It gets pretty pricey around the Christmas break too. Sooo….you picked May which is the start of the pricey season. How about March? I got a good deal in March.
You also picked a brand new ship and a more expensive brand (RC). Freedom of the Seas is still pretty new and therfore a little on the more pricy side. Why not pick Carnival? People put them down but I LOVE Carnival. They are just as good, go to the same places, but way cheaper. And I know they have a ship that goes to Jamica, Cozmel, and Caymens.
